Little India is an ethnic neighbourhood found in Singapore that has Indian cultural elements. Little India lies to east of the Singapore River, which can be easily access from the MRT station (Little India or Farrer Park) on the North East Line.

Sri Veeramakaliamman Temple (维拉马卡卡拉曼庙) is one of the most popular Hindu temples in Singapore, probably due to its location in the middle of Little India in the southern part of Singapore.

If you are looking for something valueable in Singapore - slightly cheaper compare to everywhere else, you are welcome to the Mustafa Centre in Serangoon Plaza. But, you have to prepare to be crowded inside the department store and no bags are allow to carry inside. Mustafa Centre is Singapore's only 24-hour shopping mall, which is located on Syed Alwi Road in Little India.
