All the way along the Cat Cat Village is going down when visiting. So it is quite easy and relax. But, when the way out is going up and up until the exit. Please bring along your food and drink in case you get hungry and no energy to walk out. But, the locals are welcome you to give you a ride to go out by the motorcycle. Of course, this is one of their business.
Actually when comparing the Cat Cat Village with the other 3 villages in my previous day trek, the Cat Cat village is slightly modern than the others. The school is better and the villagers are mixed to the new fashion but everyone is not wearing the traditional tribe hill's clothes. Also, they are commercialized already.

Cat Cat Village
Beside visiting the 3 villages, Cat Cat Village is another option for backpackers to visit without taking any tour packages. It is accessible by walking thru the Sapa Town, which from the end of the Sapa Market. The only expenses is the entrance fee(VND30,000 per pax). But, please be prepared with some small changes for donating or buying some souvenir from the villagers because they will ask for money for anything.
Let's start the journey to the Cat Cat Village...
