Mt Faber Park

Mount Faber was known as Telok Blangah Hill is a hill about 105 metres in height in Singapore. It overlooks the Telok Blangah area, and the western parts of the Central Area.

The best photo from the trek...

Just trying hard to capture this photo in the trek...

The summit is accessible by road, but there are many footpaths leading up the hill. During weekend, there are full of students or groups of any society due to the nice place for slow and light walk. And, there are a lot of shelter from trees, so no worry about hot weather.

It is a frequent tourist destination, as it provides a panoramic view of the increasingly dense central business district within the Central Area. Its slope includes a tower that is part of the Singapore cable car system that connects to HarbourFront and Sentosa.

It is accessible from the HarbourFront MRT Station. You just need to follow the sign board and will get to the starting point after exit D.

The history of singapore are shown in the photo on the wall...

Faber Point, the highest point on Mount Faber, overlooks Telok Blangah and the city area. This special city view is rarely to be viewed in the other mountain but only Singapore's mountain.

The Jewel Box on Mount Faber houses the cable car station to Sentosa.

If your trek in the area of Telok Blangah Hill Park, you get to see the park itself, Henderson Waves bridge, Mount Faber Park. And if your energy permits, the Forest walk.

Actually I only interested on the Henderson Waves bridge, so I did not continue for the further walk because I did not find any spectacular interest in the plants or jungle.

I need a rest because the weather is too hot! Looking for the cold drinks...
